How Brainzie Ltd handles the small amount of personal data involved in running this site and our courses.

Brainzie Ltd is a UK company that teaches computer science and STEM to young people and builds software. For any privacy question, email hello@brainzie.co.uk.
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you send — your name, email address, organisation (if given) and your message — and we use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We don't sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process basic request information (such as IP address) to serve pages and protect against abuse, under its own terms. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly anti-spam check that does not track you across sites. We load web fonts from Google Fonts. We keep only anonymous, aggregate measures of how the site is used.
Course work with young people is carried out in line with our partner schools' safeguarding policies and supervision. We keep the personal data involved to the minimum needed to run a programme, and we don't retain it longer than necessary.
Each Brainzie product has its own privacy policy covering how that app handles your data — see Brainzie Money and Brainzie Poolside. As a rule our apps keep your data in your own browser or your own cloud account, not on servers we operate.
Under UK data-protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@brainzie.co.uk and we'll help.
